How’s it Going?

Well on Saturday it’ll be a week that I officially started. I must say that I haven’t done much this week :( I did do a 4 hour walk a few days ago, along sandbay then up and along to sand point. Quite hilly as well. I got quite out of breath going up the hill, but once we got home I felt really good. I want to go out and do more exercise and properly get going with my weight loss but Im hyper busy. Im going into year 2 at university in September and still dont have somewhere to live, so Im trying to orgaise that. And pack up all mine and my fiance’s stuff. And make sure I visit my family over the summer because I wont have time to when Im at university. So it’s all fun :S
I’ve been eating good. But the cravings are getting to me. All I want is chocolate, my favourite and I know that they will go away soon. To soothe my cravings Ive been having low calorie cereal bars with bits of chocolate in them…small steps will hopefully get me to where I want to be. If I were to go cold turkey Id freak out lol!!!
I just cant wait to be in my new flat next month, and I can go on more walks and runs. I’ll be on my feet a lot at university. And I have a really fun exercise dvd that I want to get back into. So I’ll probably just try to eat well and see how it goes :)

It Starts Today!!!

Well I have been watching what I eat for a while now, but I am definitely going to cut all the crap and start my proper weight loss today.  I start today at 266 pounds!!!, I know that because I had to have a weigh in at the doctors. I need to get mysekf a set of scales so I can weigh myself next week.
I want to get down to a size 10/12 for my wedding in 2011/12. I dont want to be a fat bride. I dont want to look back on my wedding day and regret being obese, regret looking the way I do. Im 20, in your 20’s you should look your best so thats what I plan to do.
Whilst I’m in my home town for the summer I am going to start running with my sister. Then when I get back to university in September I can get myself set up with a proper routine.
